At Orientica Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the personal nature of our products, items must be in their original cellophane packaging and pristine condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened perfume in its original box and shipping carton, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; we recommend keeping your receipt until the return has been fully processed.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping fees.
